Kayla and Landyn’s story actually began once… and then began again. The first chapter started in the winter of 2021 when they connected on social media. Not long after, Landyn invited Kayla to one of his house parties, and the two spent some time getting to know each other. Life eventually pulled them in different directions, and they lost touch for a while—but as it turns out, their story wasn’t finished yet. Fast forward to New Year’s Eve going into 2024. Kayla happened to see Landyn was at Nutz Deep in Marshfield and messaged him to ask if the bar was worth going to that night. Landyn offered for her to come along with him to Stevens Point… in his limo. Kayla declined the limo ride—but somehow saying no to the limo led to saying yes to everything else that followed. From that unexpected reconnection, things quickly fell into place. What started as a simple message turned into something neither of them saw coming the first time around. Sometimes timing really is everything—and this time, it was just right. Now Kayla and Landyn are so thankful life brought them back together and can’t wait to start their next chapter side by side.
