Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We missed our window to block off any rooms at local hotels. whomp whomp... however, there are plenty of air bnb and vrbo places available as well as local hotels in Hendersonville, NC (15 min from the venue), Tryon, NC (10-15 min from the venue) and Lake Lure, NC (10-15 min from the venue).

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

We are not providing transportation. Please party responsibly.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is plenty of on-site parking. Carpooling with friends is always a good idea!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, we say "give us your best attempt at your Sunday best" and by that we mean this event is definitely not formal, but still requires a bit of effort. A cute dress or top with pants or skirt is a great option — definitely no jeans. For the more masculine folks, a pair of nice pants, button up, maybe a tie/bowtie.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we really love kids, we strongly encourage the parents to take advantage of a sitter if able. We understand if that cannot be arranged and therefore we would love to have you and your kiddos. Just don't let them roam and/or get lost in the vineyard or pet the alpacas (they bite).
