Question

IS A PASSPORT REQUIRED?

Answer

Yes, you will need your Passport to travel to Cancun and should be valid at least 6 months after your travel date. Allow 6-8 weeks to receive your passport. *The travel agent will not assist with travel documents or passports.

Question

AM I LIMITED TO ONLY 3 NIGHTS?

Answer

Absolutely not! Enjoy the amazing atmosphere of Hard Rock for as long as you'd like. Room rates DECREASE as you stay 5+ nights.

Question

IS THIS JUST A WEDDING?

Answer

Not at all! We really hope people take this time to R&R (or party) and truly enjoy themselves! We can't THANK YOU enough for joining us!

Question

IS TIPPING REUIRED?

Answer

No, gratuities are included in your bill. But we've been told a couple US dollars goes a long way for service.

Question

CAN I DRINK THE WATER IN MEXICO?

Answer

Probably not, but everything is safe at the Hard Rock! There is a resort wide filtration system for ice, and bottled water is available everywhere.

Question

DON'T FORGET ITEMS!

Answer

Don't forget: -Plenty of sunscreen (a bottle at the resort is about $25!) -Aloe -Watershoes (for excursions or the beach coves) -Blowup floats (if you want one for pool or beach) -Passport!! (make sure the expiration date is at LEAST 6 months after the trip) -Swimsuits

Question

ARE THERE AIRPORT TRANSFERS?

Answer

Our travel agent, Cherie, will take care of booking your transfers to and from the hotel at your request. The cost is $45/person per round trip. Transfer companies are directly OUTSIDE of the airport exit. DO NOT stop for the car rental companies before you exit the airport - most of these are timeshare companies trying to sell you something.

Question

WHAT ARE SOME RESORT TIPS?

Answer

Dinner reservations: Dinner reservations are required and you can schedule up to 2 days in advance near the front desk in the lobby. Most restaurants offer open seating later in the evening. We will try to get a few bigger groups booked a couple of nights when we arrive. Room Service: Don't forget 24/7 room service is included! Activities: Make sure to check out some of the daily and nightly activities. The pool foam party was definitely a favorite! Timeshare: You will probably be approached shortly after check-in for a "welcome gift" or "extra resort credits". This is a timeshare presentation, we try to dodge them! ;)

Question

IS THERE A RESORT SHUTTLE?

Answer

There is a golf cart shuttle that travels from Hacienda lobby to Heaven lobby and makes stops at buildings between the two lobbies. Shuttles run every 5-10 minutes.
