Where are the ceremony and reception taking place?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will be taking place at Stone Ridge Hollow. Weather depending the ceremony will be taking place outside, the cocktail hour will be taking place outside/inside and the reception will be taking place inside.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive by 3:15 to 3:30. The ceremony will start at 4pm, but our venue has a very long driveway in full view of the ceremony. If you are late, everyone will watch you come down the driveway in shame.

Yes. We are registered through ZOLA.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. **If you received a plus one, please ensure you RSVP for your entire party.

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate the people listed on your wedding invitation. If your invitation includes your child's name we have allocated a spot for them.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Yes, there is plenty of parking.

How do I RSVP?

Answer

With your invitation, there will be a QR code that you can scan to RSVP as well as pick your meal.

What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

Answer

Please dress semi-formal. Our ceremony will be taking place in a grassy field, so ladies please keep this in mind when choosing your footwear.

Do you have a hotel block for the guests?

No

Is the ceremony and reception easily accessible?

Answer

The ceremony is in a grassy field. This may be difficult to walk for people that have mobility issue, but we will have a golf cart available to take people from the parking lot to the ceremony. Additionally, the golf cart can take people with mobility issue from the ceremony location to the cocktail location and later to the reception location.

Can I bring my own alcohol?

Answer

No, our venue does not allow it. Certified bartenders will be there serving the alcohol provided by the bride and groom.
