We're getting married! And we want to party!

We met through a mutual friend at a Chili's. Although Kayla didn't think much of it, Justin was interested. A couple days later, Kayla received a text from Justin asking to go to dinner. Aaaaaand we ended up back at Chili's. :)

After about 3 years of dating, Kayla began getting impatient. She was dropping hints everywhere to Justin to buy a ring. He definitely got the hint. He struggled for a couple months coming up with a way to propose. The day after Thanksgiving 2018, Kayla got busy decorating for Christmas. Justin was super on edge that day, and Kayla was really offended because this was like, one of her favorite days. The tree was up and decorated, and Justin and Kayla started to clean up. Justin started fussing with a shelf with some garland on it, and Kayla kept questioning him. After a couple minutes, Justin told Kayla to stop vacuuming. She would stop vacuuming when she was done. Justin pulled a box out from behind his back and said "There's one more ornament to put on the tree." Kayla didn't think anything of it. She loves Christmas, and just thought Justin was being nice and acknowledging her festive-ness. She opened the box and pulled out a clear ornament. Written on it said "Will You Marry Me?" and the ring dangled inside. Turns out, Justin was trying to hide a GoPro on the shelf, but didn't really film much of the proposal. He asked if he should get down on one knee, and Kayla told him he had to put the ring on her. He put the ring on her finger and she said yes! Justin asked if he did good, and Kayla just giggled and said he did. Then they celebrated with champagne, of course!
