We're getting married!

We met back in 2017 in Texas doing disaster relief in our off-seasons. We stayed in touch and became close friends over the next couple of years while Joel continued fighting fires in Oregon and Kayla went to Brazil to study bats. One day in 2019, we talked about "us" and the rest was history. We've been all over the world together and couldn't imagine adventuring without the other. We're excited to get married and continue experiencing life together!
