Father of the Bride
John is not only the most supportive father ever, but he also has changed Kayla forever by raising her to be a loyal Denver Nuggets fan! Go Nuggets!
Father of the Groom
Pyrotechnician in the house! Joes family business started from his brilliant idea. Joe has a big legacy to uphold in the family business, but his dad raised and prepared him well.
Mother of the Bride
Rachel took the most "mom, I'm panicking" phone calls throughout the wedding planning process, and she deserves some recognition for her ability to talk Kayla down. Plus, the rumor around town is the Bride got her good looks from her Mama!
Mother of the Groom
Sharon has demonstrated to Joe ever since he was a lad what true love means. Thanks to these instilled values, Joe found Kayla. Sharon raised a spectacular son.
Maid of Honor
My sister, Abby, is more than just my maid of honor—she’s my rock, my biggest supporter, and my lifelong best friend. From childhood adventures to late-night heart-to-hearts, she has always been by my side. Her love and loyalty mean everything to me.
Best Man
JR and I go all the way back to the first day of kindergarten, where we bonded instantly—probably over crayons or naps. Known as "The Most Relaxed" of my friends, he’s been my go-to guy for good times, bad times, and the occasional “what’s even happening” moment.
Matron of Honor
Jessi has been by the brides side since... well forever! They practically were raised as sisters, traveling together, spending weekends and holidays goofing off, and of course trying to perfect their waffle recipe.
Groomsman
Vaughn is the kind of friend who’ll always show up—sometimes even when you don’t ask him to, which is both endearing and mildly alarming. Proudly “cancer-free since 2023,” Vaughn’s loyalty and sweet nature make him one of the best humans I know.
Bridesmaid
Rae and Kayla were glued to each others sides during 2020 (yes, covid lockdown). They kept each other sane, though some outside spectators may argue the validity of that sanity... who cares what they think, though.
Groomsman
Pat became a close friend in high school and has since evolved into one of the MVPs of my life and business. Whether he’s bringing good vibes to every event or helping me cold-call strangers, Pat is one of the best people I know, and I’m lucky to have him in my life.
Bridesmaid
You know how high school is the worst? Kayla would not have made it through all four years if it wasn't for Sarah. They had no other friends in high school, but who needed them, when they had each other!
Groomsman
Dustin and I go way back to rec center basketball, though we didn’t truly connect until high school—and later lived together for three years! Surviving COVID wouldn’t have been possible without him, his friendship, and our endless conversations about life and business.
Bridesmaid
Anna and Kayla actually went to elementary school together, but their friendship didn't quite blossom until High school. Though Anna moved from Colorado for a few years, their relationship was just as strong, if not stronger by the time Anna moved back home in 2024.
Groomsman
Ryan is taller than most people I trust, but thankfully he earned my confidence over the years. Our bond grew stronger over shared summers working in my family’s fireworks business, and now we’re proudly partners in crime (or just pyrotechnics) as we carry it into the next generation.
Bridesmaid
Sarah and Kayla have an especially nerdy friendship... fairies, dungeons and dragons, books, and Harry Potter (She's a Ravenclaw). Joe and Erick may have introduced the two, but their compatibility was certain long before that.
Groomsman
Erick and I became friends when we were middle school roommates on a Catholic retreat—despite my questionable decision to comment on his ears. Since then, we’ve shared many milestones, including me officiating his wedding in 2024. He’s proof that even bad first impressions can turn into lifelong friendships.
Bridesmaid
When Gabby moved to Colorado in 2012, Kayla made a lasting impression by asking about her preparations for the inevitable zombie apocalypse. Their genuine friendship has been consistent no matter where life takes them.
Groomsman
Jacob is a master of the best low-key jokes, delivering them when you least expect it. A loyal friend and fireworks teammate, he also holds the record for the most "Irish goodbyes" at social events. I’m still working to make "Tall, Dark, and Handsy" a thing for him, but Jacob’s kind demeanor keeps ruining my pitch.
Ring Bearer
Bradley is more than just Kayla's little brother. Now, he's also Joe's little brother. From the day Joe gave the nickname, "Bad Brad", Bradley approved of Joe for his sister. Bad Brad has always teased and laughed with Kayla throughout childhood, but now Joe and Him are able to tease and laugh at Kayla together.
