How long are the hotel discount codes good for?
Answer
Discount rates for lodging will expire on 8/13/23. Please make sure to book prior to this date if you would like to take advantage of discounts!

If you did not RSVP by July 23, 2023, please contact the bride or groom immediately!

What is the weather like?
Answer
In mid September Mammoth is usually high to mid 70's during the day and can get as low as 30-40's at night. The ceremony will be outside and shaded, so we recommend bringing a light jacket in case it's chilly!

What is our schedule the week of?
Answer
The bride and groom will be in Mammoth 9/11/23-9/15/23. We have been waiting for the snow to melt and trails to open up to figure out our schedule for that week. We are currently working on our itineraries and will post them to the website shortly. Everyone is encouraged and welcome to see where we will be each day and come hang out when you're able!:)

Fall colors, but this is not required for your attire.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
Parking will be very limited for the ceremony site, we have arranged transportation that will shuttle everyone to the ceremony and reception locations. Please see our schedule for directions.

Will there be food and drinks served at the reception.
Answer
Yes! we are planning on having a buffet for the reception. There will be an open bar for 4 hours, should the event last longer the bar will change to pay as you go after the allotted time.

Can I bring a date?

We have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Our wedding is RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.
