Question

Will the wedding be indoors or outside?

Answer

Our ceremony, cocktail hour and dinner will take place outside in the garden. The area has turf, so no need to worry about heels sinking in or getting dirty! October in Phoenix is typically 85 degrees during the day and can get a little chilly when the sun goes down. Dinner will take place after sunset, so please bring a shawl or jacket to put on if needed. Our reception and dancing will be indoors!

Is there a dress code?

Cocktail Attire with a Garden Party Twist! We would love to see our friends and family dressed up for our big day! Our venue is an old mansion house, and most of the festivities will take place in its beautiful backyard garden area. In case you'd like ideas... For the ladies, think floor length, midi and tea length dresses and skirts with a shawl or wrap for the evening if you tend to get chilly! For the men, think button-down shirts and trousers; suit jackets may be comfortable for the evening, otherwise optional. Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are addressing our invitations to all guests invited and noting a 'plus one' as a guest who is formally invited. If you have a 'plus one' invited, your invitation and RSVP tab will include this information. Thank you in advance for understanding!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your little ones! However, we have decided to keep the celebration intimate and an adults-only celebration with the exception of our little family members. We encourage you to use this night as a date night to celebrate with us! Similarly for 'plus-ones', if kiddos are invited their names will appear on your formal invitation.

Can I take pictures?

Answer

During our ceremony we ask that no phones or cameras be used. We hired the most amazing photographers to capture the ceremony for all of us! Once the ceremony is over, take as many photos and videos as you'd like, and please share them with us - we would love to see your shots! There will be a photo booth and disposable cameras around the venue to help capture the evening as well!

Will there be a bar?

Answer

In true Coug fashion, yes! Beer, wine, cocktails and non-alcoholic beverages are on us!

Is there parking on site?

Answer

Yes! The venue has a very large lot to accommodate parking for everyone!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Our dinner will be buffet style, so there should be accommodations for most allergies and dietary restrictions. If you are concerned about something in particular, please let us know.

What should I do if I can't make it?

Answer

First, know we will miss you, and please let us know in the RSVP tab so we can plan accordingly.
