Have questions about our wedding day? We’ve put together answers to the most common ones here to help make your day with us as easy and fun as possible!
Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Our wedding will take place indoors, with access to an outdoor patio. We kindly request formal attire for our celebration. Guests are encouraged to wear elegant evening attire, including floor-length gowns, formal dresses, suits, or tuxedos. Since it will be winter and guests may step outside to enjoy the patio, we recommend bringing a warm coat, shawl, or wrap. We kindly ask guests to refrain from wearing white or cream, as those colors are reserved for the brides. We also ask that guests avoid overly casual attire such as jeans, athletic wear, or sneakers.

Where are the ceremony and the reception taking place?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will be taking place at The Clubhouse at Galloping Hill Golf Course located at 3 Golf Drive, Kenilworth, NJ 07033.

Where should guests park?

Answer

Complimentary valet parking will be available for all guests. Simply pull up to the entrance and a valet attendant will take care of the rest. The service is provided free of charge for our wedding.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, we are only able to accommodate children whose names are listed on the invitation. If your child’s name is included, we look forward to celebrating with them!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate guests who are formally listed on the invitation. If a plus one has been reserved for you, it will be indicated on your invitation.

Is smoking allowed?

Answer

Our venue is a non-smoking property, and smoking is not permitted anywhere on the premises. Please note that anyone found smoking on the property may be asked to leave the premises by venue staff.

Can I bring my own alcohol?

Answer

Guests are not permitted to bring outside alcohol to the venue. However, there will be two full-service bars available during the reception for you to enjoy throughout the evening. Please note that anyone found bringing outside alcohol may be asked to leave the premises by venue staff.
