FAQs

Question

How will ceremony seating be arranged?

Answer

The first two rows of the pews will be reserved for immediate family and the bridal party. Reserved seating will be clearly marked with signage. All other seating is open and available to guests. To help ensure everyone has a great view, we kindly ask that you fill the pews from front to back. Thank you for your cooperation!

Question

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

To preserve the intimacy of our ceremony and allow our photographers to capture every moment beautifully, we kindly request an unplugged ceremony. Please turn off and put away all phones, cameras, and recording devices until the ceremony has concluded. We truly appreciate your support and understanding—and we promise to share the professional photos with you afterward!

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

While there will not be an open bar, we will be offering a selection of beer, wine, and champagne for toasts. A variety of non-alcoholic beverages will also be available to ensure all guests are comfortable and included. We kindly ask that everyone drinks responsibly, as this will be a family-friendly celebration with children present. Thank you for understanding and helping us create a safe and joyful atmosphere for all.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to venue capacity and to help us stay within our planned accommodations, we kindly ask that only the individuals listed on your invitation RSVP to attend. We appreciate your understanding and support as we celebrate this special day with our closest loved ones.

Question

Are children invited ?

Answer

We kindly ask that our wedding be an adults-only celebration. While children from our immediate families and those in the wedding party will be present, we respectfully request that all other guests make arrangements for a child-free evening. Thank you for your understanding as we create a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere for all.

Question

What happens if I missed the RSVP deadline?

Answer

As we are working with a firm headcount for our caterer and vendors, we kindly ask that all RSVPs be submitted by the specified deadline. Unfortunately, if we do not receive your response by that time, we will assume you are unable to attend. Thank you for your understanding as we finalize the details for our special day!

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

Our celebration will be garden party/ spring formal optional, with a whimsical garden-inspired theme inspired by Rivendell from The Lord of the Rings—think cascading waterfalls, lush greenery, and romantic vines. Guests are encouraged to dress to impress in semi-formal attire that fits the ethereal garden setting. All colors are welcome except white. To maintain the tone of the event, we kindly ask that men refrain from wearing T-shirts, jeans, shorts, hats, or flip-flops. Need inspiration?
