While it's no longer required to enter Israel Elad and I prefer to make sure everyone is as safe as possible. You no longer need a test upon arrival or exit however there is still an entrance form.
Yes!! Everyone in Tel Aviv will speak great English and will 9/10 times have an english menu available at a restaurant!
Try using WOLT! www.wolt.com They have an english site and you can use the code "LP7H" for 20 shekels off your first order :)
Unfortunately no but there is an app called Gett (Get Taxi) which will do about the same Use code "GTZNJCS" for a discount on your first ride :)
All beaches are lovely. You can rent beach chairs for 16 shekel and 4 shekel for umbrellas, there are vending machine stations by the boardwalk/ restaurants and then someone will come around and check your receipt. You can also sit within a restaurant area and order food directly but we warned beach prices are 3x regular prices so I recommend grabbing some watermelon and beers! (CANS ONLY NO GLASS)
