How do I RSVP?

Please let us know your plans by September 19th, 2026 so we can begin finalizing details. If you miss the deadline, please contact us as soon as possible.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
We recommend arriving by 3:30 PM, as guest seating will begin at that time. The ceremony will start promptly at 4:00 PM, so please allow a little extra time for parking and finding your seat.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
The dress code is semi-formal. We encourage guests to wear something nice while also staying comfortable. Please note that October evenings can be cool, so we recommend bringing a light jacket or wrap.

Are kids welcome?
Answer
Yes, we’d love for families to celebrate with us! Kids are welcome, and we’ll have lawn games and activities available to help keep everyone entertained.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
Parking is available on-site. The parking lot closest to the ceremony site will be reserved for elderly guests and guests who may have difficulty walking longer distances. Additional parking is available by the barn/tent for all other guests.

Can I bring a date?

Yes! Plus-ones are welcome for guests whose invitation includes one. Please be sure to include your guest’s name when you RSVP so we can plan accordingly.

What happens if it rains?

Our ceremony is planned to be outdoors, but we have a backup plan in case of inclement weather. We will keep guests updated if there are any changes.

Yes! If you have any dietary restrictions, accessibility needs, or other special requests, please let us know when you RSVP or feel free to reach out to us directly. We want everyone to feel comfortable and included!

Will alcohol be served?
Answer
Yes! Beer and wine will be provided during the reception. Guests are welcome to BYOB if they prefer something different. Any BYOB items must be brought directly to the bartenders so they can serve them safely. Please celebrate responsibly and plan for a safe ride home.

How can I share photos from the wedding day?
Answer
We’d love to see your photos! A QR Code will be provided at the wedding so guests can easily upload and share pictures from the celebration. If you’d like to share photos on social media, please tag us or use #TwoHartsOneLove so we can find them!
