Shuttle Pick-Up From Hotel
3:45 pm
If you are staying at the Hampton Inn or the Penn at Stroud Hotel, there is a shuttle arranged to take you to and from the venue. Shuttle loading begins at 3:40 pm. The hotel staff will have more information upon your arrival.
Ceremony
4:30 pm - 5:00 pm
257 Stroudsmoor Rd, Stroudsburg, PA 18360
Guest seating will begin at 4:00 pm for a ceremony start of 4:30 pm.
Cocktail Hour
5:00 pm - 6:00 pm
There will hot and cold butler served hors d 'oeuvres for you to enjoy! Open bar with beer, wine, and a variety of spirits. Be sure to try our signature cocktails named after our two bengal kitties, Dexter and Theo!
Reception
6:00 pm - 10:00 pm
Dinner will begin at 6:00 pm. Please provide your meal selection on your RSVP card. Be sure to identify any dietary restrictions/preferences, they will be graciously accommodated! After dinner, there will be cake, dancing, and a photo booth! We can't wait to celebrate with you!
Shuttle Departure from Venue
9:30 pm - 10:30 pm
Departure shuttles will begin at 9:30 pm. The last shuttle to leave the venue is at 10:30.
