The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00 p.m. We encourage guests to arrive to the ceremony location between 4:30 pm-4:45 pm.
Yes. Formal wear - Full length or midi dresses for women and suits & ties for men. The ceremony will take place outdoors on grass (weather permitting), so please plan footwear accordingly.
Yes, please list any and all food allergies you may have when you place you RSVP! In addition to our chicken, steak, vegetarian and kids entrees, we have a vegan option: Summer Vegetable Tart, Zucchini, Squash, Mushrooms, Peppers, and Sun-dried Tomatoes Wrapped in Pastry, Summer Greens, Tomato Vinaigrette. Please list vegan when you place your RSVP if you would prefer this option.
In an effort to keep our day as intimate as possible, we are unable to accommodate plus ones unless specifically indicated on your invitation envelope.
Although we love your children, our wedding will be an adults only event. Any guests invited will be listed on the invitation. We hope you see this as an opportunity to have a night out and enjoy the festivities with us!
Yes! Transportation will be provided to the ceremony from the Hampton Inn in South Kingstown, as well as to the after party and Hampton Inn after the reception. The shuttle will return guests back the Hampton Inn & Shepherd’s Run following the after party as well as during. Please refer to the travel tab for shuttle schedule
