Dan and Kayla met through a mutual friend their freshman year of high school. After a couple of months as friends Dan asked Kayla on a date in the middle of the gymnasium. 11 years later and they have never looked back.

In July of 2016 Dan and Kayla were on vacation in their favorite place with their best friends. They decided to visit Nubble Lighthouse one of their favorite spots. Once Dan and Kayla pulled in the parking lot Dan got very nervous because of how many people were visiting the lighthouse on the beautiful July day. Dan and Kayla’s best friends were there to witness it all and after they suggested Dan and Kayla to pose for some pictures Dan got down on one knee. Once he asked and Kayla said “yes” everyone around them started clapping. They were so happy to be able to share such a special moment with the friends that they love.
