For us, love at first site was not a thing. Well maybe for Dakota. We met through my sister and brother-in-law way back in 2016. It took Dakota years and years of persistence before I agreed to go out with him. This has been my favorite decision.

It was important for Dakota to have our closest family with us when he proposed. He waited until his family and mine were around. He had bought the ring that day. But thought he would be saving it for a later time. Surprise!
