We’re Eloping!

First and foremost, thank you for being troopers through our planning chaos. We have had change our plans due to unforeseen family circumstances. As far as our story goes, we unromantically met at work. Yes, we were those employees that were dating secretly, while everyone was trying to get a clear answer on if we were together or not. Nonetheless, One summer day, I was struggling with a giant box, and had too much pride to ask him for help. He offered to help, however I was stubborn and insisted that I was fine. He heard me pridefully struggle all the way down the hallway! From then on, for about a year, we were classroom neighbors who wouldn’t do much besides smile and wave at each other from time to time. Later on the following year, we began to communicate more, as he was a basketball coach, and I coached cheer. The students began to state that we were getting married. Mind you, we were simply civil coworkers at this time. (Talk about manifesting a situation.) After months of students calling me Mrs. Ivory, we began to entertain the idea. Not long after, we went on our first date. From date one, we were inseparable, and it was not long before we became serious. We owe it all to the kids.
