The Divi Phoenix is located within driving distance further down the beach. It isn’t all inclusive, it is priced like a normal hotel. The rooms come with kitchenettes, so if you opt to stay there, you can purchase groceries at the local market. Keep in mind, the food prices in Aruba are at least double the cost of what we pay in the US. Any liquor will need to be purchased once you land in Aruba at the airport, as it is duty-free.
