What time should we get to the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive by 4 PM to sign the guest book and enjoy a glass of champagne! Ceremony begins at 4:30 PM.

What hotel should I stay at?

Answer

We have room blocks at several hotels within the area. The Bride and Groom will be staying at Camelback Inn. See Hotel page for hotel room block link.

Question

What is the best means of transportation to hotel?

Answer

Uber will be the best means of transportation. Hotels are a 20 minute drive from the airport. or Rent a car for the weekend if you wish to explore more areas in Arizona (e.g. Old Town Scottsdale, hiking, Sedona).

Will there be transportation to the ceremony site?

Answer

Transportation will be provided from the Camelback Inn to El Chorro. Departing Camelback Inn at 3:45 PM and returning at 9:15 PM & 10:30 PM.

Should I bring a mask or will I be required to wear one at the wedding?

Answer

Masks are recommended but not required. All events are taking place outdoors with the exception of dancing indoors with doors open to the patio. There will be plenty of airflow and spacing possible between guests.  We ask that any guests who feel ill or who have come in contact with anyone with COVID-like symptoms to refrain from attending our wedding out of thoughtfulness to the other guests in attendance.
