When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by July 31st. If you do not RSVP by that date, we will reach out personally. If by August 19th, we still don't have a response, we will consider it a no and won't have you included in the guest count for food and accommodations.

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

We are only able to offer a plus-one to a limited number of guests and that will be reflected on either your invite, or when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Due to the distance between the town of Willits and the venue site itself, we ask that guests be at the venue between 2:30pm and 3:00pm. It does takes an additional 20 minutes to get to the venue from the heart of Willits, so please be aware of that.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

The parking is the same for both the ceremony and reception! We will have signs to direct you to the parking area. The bride and groom's father's will also be present to help direct cars to the correct spot. All we ask is that you back into any spot you park in as that is a guideline placed by the venue.

How far is the ceremony site from the reception?

Answer

The reception site is about a 6-minute walk from the ceremony, on a dirt road.

What's the alcohol situation looking like?

Answer

We will be providing a variety of beer in cans/bottles, and a small variation of wine and champagne. Due to the number of guests, we will NOT be providing hard liquor ourselves. HOWEVER, you as the guest are more than welcome to bring your own alcohol of choice to partyyyy with the newlyweds. We only ask that you drink responsibly if you do not plan to stay in the accommodations provided at the venue.

Do you have a registry?

Answer

Instead of a traditional registry, we are opting for something different! We expect NOTHING from our guests, besides the pleasure of your company. However, if you would like to contribute to our future plans together, we would be honored and grateful. We have decided to create a fund towards our first home. 2026 is the year we start our forever with each other, but our hope is 2027 is the year we start our family together. A place of our own to create that family is our dream and goal. If this is something you would like to help us achieve, please include either a check or cash inside a card. There will be a spot for them at the wedding itself! Like we said, we expect nothing and can't wait to celebrate our love with you in September!

Is there Lyft or Uber nearby?

No, Willits does not have either of these available. So, please keep that in mind if you are not planning to stay the night on site.
