When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by March 25th. Please report any last minute changes ASAP for catering and seating adjustments.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Arrive at least 15 minutes early to ensure you are in your seat by 1pm. No late entrance will be allowed.

Can I bring a date? Are children allowed?

Answer

Yes! Each guest can bring a plus one. Please be sure to RSVP with the total number of people attending. Yes! The entire family is welcome to attend.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The ceremony will be held in a Catholic Church. Please dress accordingly. The reception will be held on a ranch so you may wish to change into comfortable shoes or boots!

How far is the ranch from the church?

Answer

Our family ranch is located approximately 35 minutes from the church. You may wish to follow the directions provided on our wedding website or you may use GPS navigation. Please note: Google Maps may instruct you to turn right towards Millerton Lake, which is not correct. You must continue past this road and turn right onto Road 210. From there you will make a left turn, onto a dirt road, to stay on Road 210. You will travel on this dirt road for approximately 1 mile before reaching the reception location. Look for “wedding arrow” signs to guide you.

Will refreshments be served?

Answer

Yes, light snacks and drinks will be hosted from 2:30pm-until dinner is served. The dinner menu includes shrimp, chicken, and steak with potatoes, vegetables, salad and a dinner roll. Cake will be served for dessert.

Where can we find the couple’s wedding registry?

Answer

The couple is registered on Amazon (just search wedding registry) and through Zola.com (wedding website host).

What time will the reception end?

Answer

The couple plans to make their exit around 7:30pm. Please stay to send them off with sparklers! Should you have to leave before this time, please be sure to leave a message on one of the couples audio, video or photo guest books before doing so.
