FAQs

If you have any questions not answered below, feel free to reach out!
Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, Halloween costumes are required. Creepy, spooky, or all-together kooky is fine by us. Except, maybe don't dress like a bride and groom?

Question

How are you guys handling COVID-19?

Answer

If you're uncomfortable being around a crowd, please do not attend. While we have severely restricted our guest list, we do not want anyone to feel pressured to attend. We understand! If you are feeling ill, running a fever, or have been around someone with CV-19, it's simple: don't attend. We still love you though.

Question

How many people will be attending?

Answer

40 individuals will be in attendance. This list includes our most immediate family and our closest friends.

Question

Can I bring a +1?

Answer

We respectfully ask that you refrain from bringing uninvited guests. In normal circumstances, we'd say the more the merrier! However, we need to limit attendance because, you know, we’re in a global pandemic.

Question

This is taking place at your house?

Answer

Yep! Ceremony will be held outside in the backyard, so dress accordingly per the weather. You will be welcomed to space out in the backyard according to your comfort level. This isn't fancy, so we will have some lawn chairs available, as well as some blankets you can set up picnic style for the brief ceremony. You can also bring your own chairs if that's your thing.

Question

Is there parking for this?

Answer

We strongly recommend taking a Lyft. While there is some street parking, it's limited.

Question

Will there be food and drinks?

Answer

Don't be ridiculous. Kayla is required to be within walking distance of food and drinks at all times. However, feel free to bring along drinks if you'd like! We never turn away booze.

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

No. We appreciate the sentiment, but do not give us things. Unless you were planning to gift us a baby French Bulldog. In which case, Clint still says no.

Question

What can I expect at a Halloween wedding?

Answer

Our theme is CarnEvil. So, for those of you with coulrophobia, expect some clowns. :)
