We get this question all the time; Ciara asked Kayla. She wasn't sneaky about it, either. She ordered a ring last minute before their trip to Laguna Beach and it was supposed to arrive that afternoon. Kayla, however, was unaware that Ciara was waiting for the ring to arrive. So when she drove by Ciara's Henderson apartment to pick her up for their trip to Laguna, she wondered why Ciara wasn't ready! So Ciara spilled that an 'important' package would be arriving around 5pm. On April 12th 2017, Kayla said yes to Ciara in Laguna Beach!
