-Check-in time for guests staying overnight is 4:00 p.m. Check-out time is 12:00 p.m.
-If you are staying overnight, a full breakfast will be provided Saturday and Sunday morning (for 2 guests). Additional occupants aged 13 or older must be purchased at full price and for additional occupants aged 6-12 yrs is half-price. 5 and younger is no charge.
-A sack lunch for 2 guests is included in all room rates. Additional sack lunches are optional and come at an added cost.
-While there are plenty of beds, Evins Mill can provide air mattresses if needed.
-There are a couple hiking trails around the property (and a waterfall!). Please bring appropriate attire if you'd like to hike.
- No Pets are allowed on the Evins Mill property
