Hood River Fruit Loop
A unique rural farm experience awaits you in the beautiful Hood River Valley, where you will encounter 32 on-the-farm fruit stands, wineries, breweries, cideries, and fields of flowers.
Mitchell Point Tunnel Hike
A family friendly hike that takes you through the newly renovated basalt tunnels to view the stunning Columbia River Gorge. Free and near the wedding venue, it’s worth a stop to check out on the drive in! The hike is friendly enough that hiking gear isn’t necessary.
OMSI
Oregon’s version of SF’s California Academy of Sciences. Fun for kids and adults!
Oregon Zoo
64 acre zoo. Our favorite area is the elephant exhibit. If you stop by, make sure to grab an elephant ear treat as well!
International Rose Test Garden
The International Rose Test Garden boasts more than 10,000 individual rose bushes, in bloom from late May through October and representing over 610 different rose varieties. A completely free activity that is definitely worth the visit.
McMinnville Wine Country
Known as the “heart of Oregon wine country” with over 220 wineries and vineyards. Some of our favorites include Ghost Hill, Domaine Serene, & Stoller Family Estate.
Oregon Coast
Though a bit out of the way, the Oregon coast is a beautiful site to see if you’ve never been. Check out our favorite spot Lincoln City, Seaside (best for kids with an aquarium, arcade, & tons of shopping) or Cannon Beach (where they filmed The Goonies).
