We will be there from Saturday Sept. 13th to Saturday Sept. 20th! The first few days, we'll be staying at an Airbnb to explore the island, and from Tuesday Sept 16th to Saturday Sept. 20th we will be staying at the Sandals resort.
Sandals Royal Curaçao does have a three-night minimum stay requirement, but beyond that, you're welcome to stay as long as you'd like. We would love to be able to spend time with everyone at the resort in the days surrounding the wedding but understand that everyone has their own travel preferences. Whether you're joining us for a few days or making a longer trip out of it, we're just excited to celebrate with you!
Yes! Sandals Royal Curaçao is a luxury all-inclusive resort. The Sandals website has all the details, but here's a quick overview: - Unlimited fine dining at eight restaurants and food trucks - Breakfast, lunch, dinner, and anytime snacks - Premium liquors at 13 bars (plus a stocked bar in every room) - Volleyball, land sports, fitness center, and live shows - Snorkeling and other water activities - Tips, taxes, gratuities, airport transfers, and Wi-Fi
To ensure everything is set for your stay, we kindly ask that your room is paid in full by July 7th. Please check with Sandals for their payment policies and options.
We love your little ones, but we have decided to make our wedding an adults-only celebration.
Curaçao is known for its beautiful, sunny weather year-round! Temperatures typically range from 80-90 degrees, with a warm breeze keeping things comfortable. It doesn't rain often, but if it does, it's usually brief and passes quickly. Perfect for a beach celebration!
Curaçao is warm and sunny, so pack light, breathable clothing, swimwear, and sunscreen! For the wedding, we ask that our guests follow our Beach Chic dress code (see Schedule tab for details). Since Sandals is an all-inclusive resort, most essentials are provided, but you may want to bring: - Comfortable sandals or water shoes for exploring - Sunglasses, a hat, and sunscreen - A light sweater or wrap for breezy evenings - Bug spray (just in case)
Yes! A valid passport is required for travel. Processing times can be lengthy, so be sure to apply or renew as early as possible to avoid any delays.
