Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire. The ceremony will potentially be outside with heaters, so please bring your jacket to make sure you stay warm! Out of respect for the bride, please avoid wearing white, ivory, cream, or blush.

Where do I park?

Answer

There will not be a valet, but the parking lot on the side of the hotel is free and a short walk to the hotel entrance.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Although we love your little ones, unless we have specifically listed your child on your Save the Date or Invitation, please avoid bringing them to the Ceremony or Reception.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We have allotted 'plus ones' for those who are in serious relationships or married. If you were given a plus one, it will be listed on your invitation.

Is there a hotel block?

Answer

We do have a few rooms blocked at The Otesaga, please call to book and mention the Nelson-Batch wedding.

Can I post pictures on social media?

Answer

Short answer: yes! That being said, we will be having an Unplugged Ceremony. Please avoid taking your phones or other electronic devices out during the ceremony and please ensure that they are on silent if applicable. We have a wonderful photographer to capture the Ceremony and want our friends and family to be fully present. Our hashtag is #batchfoundhismatch :)

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Open bar will run during the cocktail hour and up until 10 pm. If you attend the Afterglow party, snacks will be provided and drinks will be available for purchase.

What is the best way to RSVP?

Answer

Please RSVP online from our wedding website. At that time, you will also be able to choose your dinner option. Please RSVP by 12/23/22.
