We will be serving heavy hors d'oeuvres.... There will not be a main sit down meal, but there will be a variety of foods to go around, for the whole night!
"Cocktail attire casual" means dressing up slightly beyond everyday wear but not as formally as full cocktail attire,
There is no transportation besides local taxis, from the hotel to the venue. The hotel with our room block is 10 mins down the road from the venue.
We are very limited on space at this venue, so unfortunately we ask that you only bring who was on the invitation to our wedding.
There is accessible parking for the venue. There will be a parking attendant that will help guide you to the correct parking space.
The ceremony will be located outside. In the event of rain there will be tents over all seating. The reception is indoor/outdoor (with A/C) and indoor facilities (bathrooms are ADA compliant).
We want to celebrate with everyone as much as possible. There will be a slight break in between the ceremony and reception for everyone to start finding their seats, grab a drink, and begin eating; before reception activities will start.
The venue is on 6 acres. You are allowed to roam the grounds. There will be yard games set up as well. There is a swing out back! We will be having a fire with smores later on. For entertainment we will be having a band jam with occasional breaks (musicians bring your music equipment if you wish, but we will have a bunch of items set up)
We want to celebrate the best way we know, and that is to rock on. We will be having a jam in honor of the late Ron Rasberry for our entertainment. Feel free to bring your musical instruments, but we will have a set up as well. There may be occasional breaks, but we would love to have as many musicians get up on stage and jam with each other.
