What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at the venue by 2:30 p.m. for the 3:00 p.m. ceremony! Please try to arrive as close to this time as possible, as if you arrive early, you may be asked to wait at the front of the venue, and if you arrive too late, you will not be let in until cocktail hour starts.

What should I wear?

Answer

I have provided a color-way to help when picking out an outfit! Feel free to use it but it is not required. The theme is “Love is in bloom” so florals and bright spring colors are perfect! Overall the event is formal attire so dresses longer than knee length flowy gowns for the ladies and dress shirt and pants for gentlemen. (please see what not to wear question for more info)

What can I not wear?

Answer

We ask that you please don’t wear white or sky blue. Try to stay away from patterns that are too loud, however florals are on theme! Try to avoid jeans and T-shirts as well as it is formal attire.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP as soon as possible! We ask that you RSVP at least two months prior to event. (by March 15th) to ensure we have a proper headcount for food and seating arrangements!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We ask that you please only bring loved ones that are on your RSVP unless you have a guest on there.

Can my kids come?

Answer

This is a child-free day so enjoy a date night out without the kids! (13+)

Will there be alcohol served?

Answer

Yes, there are both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drink options served at the indoor and outdoor bar areas.

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

No, guests are asked to please drive themselves to and from the venue. Please make driving arrangements prior if you are planning to drink.

Is there parking for the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, there is plenty of parking at the front of the venue. You will then see a path to the left of the main building and you follow that to the ceremony!

Where is the Reception?

Answer

The reception is held at the same venue as the ceremony so no need to travel!
