RVSP deadline

We kindly request that you RSVP by May 1, 2027. Unfortunately, if it goes unanswered we will have to consider you unattending, we hope you understand as we are at max capacity for our big day. If you have “and guest” added to your invitation, please inform us of who you will be bringing, thank you!

Gifts?
Answer
Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift of all and gifts are not required. However, if you were thinking about gifting us something, we’re lucky enough to already have a home full of everything we need. If you’d like to give a gift, we would love monetary contribution to our honeymoon fund in lieu of gifts

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
The ceremony will start at 3:30pm. Please arrive at least 15 or 30 minutes before the ceremony to get settled, please be seated by 3:20pm. If you are camping, I would suggest coming earlier, you are welcome to come anytime after 1pm.

What is the dress code?
Answer
The dress code is casual/semi-formal! Please wear what you feel best in!

The Bar
Answer
The bar is open from 5pm-12am. Outside liquor is not welcome in or around the Harper Mountain Lodge due to venue rules. We have decided on a cash bar, we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Outside liquor is welcome strictly at the campsite after 12am.

Answer
We are serving: Pulled pork and Chicken Cutlets Roasted Potatoes Cooked mixed vegetables Caesar salad and Coleslaw Homemade buns Assorted Vegetables and dip Assorted Fruits Gluten free meal available UPON request! :) If you have any dietary restrictions, please let us know so we can try our very best to accommodate your dietary needs.

Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
While we would love to give everyone a plus one, Unfortunately guests specifically named on the invitation are invited (unless your invitation states your name and a guest). We have limited space and cannot accommodate additional guests, we apologize for the inconvenience.

Can I bring my kids?
Answer
We chosen to host an adults-only celebration. While we love your children, our reception will feature an environment more suited to an adult gathering

After the ceremony

After the ceremony during photos we will have drinks and snacks available, the bar will open at 5pm! Dinner will be served at 6pm Please feel free to bring any yard games you’d like to keep busy!
