We’d love for you to dress in cocktail attire with a fun, floral, garden party flair! Think light, airy fabrics, festive prints, and outfits you'd feel great wearing to an outdoor celebration. The ceremony will be held outside, so please dress comfortably for the weather and choose shoes suitable for grass/gravel (block heels, wedges, or flats recommended!). We can’t wait to celebrate with you in style—comfortably and colorfully! Please, no jeans. We want you to look your best with us!

While we love your little ones, this celebration is only for the adults listed on your invitation.
Due to limited space at our venue, we’re only able to accommodate the guests listed on the invitation. We kindly ask that no additional guests attend, and we truly appreciate your understanding. We know many others are celebrating with us in spirit, and that means the world to us!
We've hired a professional photographer to capture this moment; your presence is the best gift. We request that all phones be put away during the ceremony.
Two shuttles will pick guests up at Hotel Covington at 3:15pm to bring them to the ceremony/reception at Hope's Way. The shuttles will also be available at Hope's Way to bring guests back to Hotel Covington at 9pm, 9:30pm and 10:30pm. Please be on time, as the shuttles are on a strict timeline.

Yes! We will be providing an open bar with liquor, beer, soda and water. No outside alcohol is permitted.
