This is where the Wedding will be held & where Martin and Kayla (& Family) will be staying. There are room blocks available for guests, but there is no discount. Please call to speak with a reservation specialist at (928)282-6400 and mention the Odwald-Fitch wedding. Guests can reserve any room for any number of days & rates are based on the time of booking. The lodge suggests booking early to get the best room & rate possible as rates will increase as the wedding date approaches. * If checking in on Friday (Day of the Wedding), please request early check in* Transportation is provided TO & FROM the After Party & will bring you back here when you are ready to 'hit the hay'! This Hotel option is only a 5-minute drive from the venue. There is a room block reserved here for our guests with a discounted rate & free parking. To book online with the DISCOUNTED RATE, please click "VIEW" below to go straight to our block-room rates. These rooms are limited, please book as soon as possible. There is transportation from this hotel to bring you to the venue; pick up runs between 3:00 - 3:40 PM. Flight
Flying into Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX) is the largest airport closest to Sedona. There is an option to rent a car at the airport (with many rental companies) and you can get there by a short tram ride from the airport. This airport will have more time options for flights (compared to flying into Prescott, AZ). Rental Car Info: 1805 East Sky Harbor Circle South, Phoenix, AZ 85034 You can catch the The PHX Sky Train from the airport & makes getting your rental car easy. This train provides the public with free transportation within the airport. Trains arrive and depart every 3 - 5 minutes and operate 24 hours a day. The Drive from the Airport to the Venue: It is about a 2 hour and 15 minuet drive from the airport to the venue. There is quite a bit of road construction on this highway and it is a windy route. Please plan accordingly and drive safely!
Flight
This is another option for flights into Sedona, but this airport usually only has a few flights in and out a day. We have personally not flown into here, but it is a small and easy airport to navigate. This route skips most of the road construction coming out of Phoenix. Please plan accordingly and drive safely!
