The ceremony and reception will be outside and we expect it to be warm! Dress comfortably for the weather. Also please be aware, the terrain is uneven with hills, stairs, gravel, grass, etc.
Wedding party and family should arrive at 2:30 p.m. for photos. Guests should arrive around 4:00 p.m. for the ceremony to begin at 4:30. We will then have a cocktail hour followed by dinner at 6:00 p.m. From there, we'll eat, drink, and party until we're too tired to continue!
There is an upper lot designated for parking and plenty of space to accommodate everyone.
Please do! Guests are encouraged to camp out and are welcome to set up earlier in the day or on Friday. There will be plenty of space for tents though limited space for RV/trailers (with electric hookup-only). The venue is a privately owned 100-acre site on the Green River, downstream from the historic Green River Gorge bridge. It includes a water fall, pond, giant fir and cedar trees, an easy trail to the Green River for access to fishing, a volleyball court, court for pickleball or half-court basketball, horseshoe pits, kids play area, and a campfire pit. It also has showers, electric hookups for RV/trailers, and a kitchen.
We will have light hors d'oeuvres, wine, and beer during the cocktail hour followed by dinner, dessert, and some late night munchies, too! While we aren't able to accommodate all dietary restrictions, we will have vegetarian and gluten-free options available.
