When should I RSVP by?

Please let us know by August 1, 2020 what your plans are. We hope that we can celebrate with you!

Can I bring a date?

If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your kids—we really do. But we want our wedding to be your night off!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Please be there by at least 2:45 pm to make sure you are seated and ready for the ceremony to start at 3 pm.

Is there parking for the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, there is parking around the church and also in the parking lot before the small bridge.

Do you you have a wedding hashtag?

Answer

Yes! please use #ForeverHoard Once our ceremony concludes, feel free to take tons of photos and videos the rest of the night! We would LOVE to see any and all that you take, so feel free to send them to us directly or post them online using our hashtag.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We ask that you kindly put any phones and electronics away during our wedding ceremony. Our amazing photographer and videographer will capture every moment beautifully, and we will share photos and videos with you when we receive them.

Is there going to be a reception?

Answer

Unfortunately we won't be having a reception on August 16th. Our plan is to have some small bites to eat and cup cakes. Our plans are to have a big reception hopefully next year when all our family and friends and be there to celebrate with us!!

Should I wear a mask?

Answer

You do not need to wear a mask if you don't want to. The ceremony will be held outside and the "reception" will be held under a large tent where the tables and chairs will be spaced apart. If you feel more comfortable to wear a mask please wear one. We will have masks if you would like to wear one.

Is there going to be videography?

Answer

Yes, we will have a videographer there to take video of the ceremony. We understand so many family and friends can't be there so we have made the decision to capture the moment by videography to share it with everyone.
