We’re getting married!

Lets just say all credit goes to Colbys sister, Tiffany Bryne, or its likely we would have had to search a little harder to find each other! Colby & Tiffany were together celebrating St.Patricks day, so just keep that in mind. (lots of liquid courage) Tiffany & I have known each other for years but I have never known about her brother, Colby. When they were out that night he came across my Instagram page, (completely showing our generation here) thought I was pretty cute, and he noticed I was friends with Tiff. As the night carried on Colby & Tiffany continue to celebrate and his confidence grew stronger and stronger. I had just got off my shift at Texas Roadhouse when I notice a message in my instragram inbox. Guess who? COLBY! After multiple messages back and forth, (mostly the same questions asked mult times due to the many drinks being consumed). It went a little something like this "How do you know tiffany? Can I have your number? (shot him down hard) What do you do for fun?" Somewhere down the line I said to him if you really want to get to know me, I will be at Texas Roadhouse all day tomorrow watressing, just come in & meet me! He was all for it. & now I was nervous. I told everyone at work that a guy was maybe coming in today to meet me. When he finally showed up my heart started racing & then there he was sitting in my section. (Hungover, but grinning ear to ear). For the first time ever, I wasnt that busy at work and I got to sit with him while he ate his salad (for free, because well he's so cute). We talked for almost an hour and I was on cloud 9. When he left, he had wrote his number on a napkin & left a generous tip. After many dates later, Colby finally asked me to be is girlfriend on a oreo icrecream cake. (how could you say "no" to that?) Now, the rest is history and that cute guy that sat in my section is going to be my husband! 4-11-2020 will be the best day ever.

Lets see here, our engagement was December 8th 2018 in downtown Champaign. The day of I had it all planned out with her maid- of- honor, Kenzie, to get her out of the house so they could have a girls day and catch up. I picked up the ring form Mom's house and when I was leaving she was crying happy tears that I have found the one who completes my life. So later that afternoon, I got downtown by the huge Christmas tree with our friends and family watching from the warm bar inside. Kenzie & Kayla show up and Kayla is glowing, and not because she saw the sign I made that said "Will you merry me?" but because she saw me. She was ready to go in and get out of the cold but I stood my ground where I was, freezing, hoping she would see the sign. She eventually did. I was at a loss of words, kept telling her how much I loved her, and she was speechless. When she said yes, I couldn't wait to wrap my arms around her. Now here we are. This was the best day yet and now I cant wait for 4-11-2020 Love you more-Colby

We have made acommadations at the Residence Inn Marriott located on 502 W Marketview Dr, Champaign, IL 61822 for our out of town guests.
