Healdsburg is a popular wine country getaway in Northern California. We recommend booking accommodations as soon as possible to ensure availability at the best rates.
We recommend flying into either San Francisco International Airport (SFO) or Oakland San Francisco Bay Airport (OAK). Renting a car is the best way to travel from either airport to Healdsburg. It is approximately a one-hour and thirty minute drive. There are limited flight options to Charles M. Schulz–Sonoma County Airport (STS), but it's a great option as it's 10 minutes away from Healdsburg.
We are requesting our guests to wear formal attire, which would be suits (tie is optional) or tuxes and floor-length or midi dresses. Color is encouraged! We invite you to dress up with us! Ladies, please consider wearing shoes that are comfortable and suitable for walking on grassy / gravel terrain (e.g., wedges, block heels, or flats).
The ceremony and reception will be outdoors with plenty of shade, dancing will be indoors. Healdsburg is generally warm during the day and cools off in the evening.
Our ceremony will begin promptly at 3:00pm. Please plan to arrive between 2:30pm - 2:50pm to enjoy a beverage and find a seat!
Thursday: For those staying on or near the square, you will be able to walk to Lo & Behold. Public parking is available all around the Healdsburg square. Friday: There are multiple transportation options to Ru's Farm. For those that would like to drive, Ru's offers complimentary parking for all wedding guests. Parking attendants will direct parking. Cars can be left overnight and the lot is private, secured, and monitored. Cars must be picked up Saturday between 8-10am. In addition, we will have shuttles transporting people from the Healdsburg Plaza to Ru's Farm. Uber/Lyft may also be available -- keep in mind that ride shares might not be reliably available so we'd recommend scheduling it in advance if you choose to do this.
We want you to relax and safely enjoy our big day! We have arranged transportation to and from the wedding on Friday.
