Is the wedding outside?

Answer

Yes, both the ceremony and the reception are outdoors.

Will masks be required?

Answer

Yes. Even though this is an outdoor event, masks will be required for all guests

I have my vaccine, do I still have to wear a mask?

Answer

Yes. Even though you have your vaccine, the CDC still recommends wearing a mask and social distancing. We will be following the CDC guidelines to the best of our ability and ask that out guests do also.

What is the hotel doing about COVID health precautions?

Answer

The Fairfield Inn has the following health precautions in place: - Masks are required in all public areas. - Sanitize high touch areas frequently. - Utilize ultrasonic spraying methods for disinfection. - No hotel personnel will enter your room during your stay. - Rooms are thoroughly cleaned, and all new bedding (sheets to bedspreads) is used.

Is there a chance the guest list will need to be shortened?

Answer

Given the state of the world right now, it is possible that the venue will have to further limit the number of guests allowed. Should this be the case, please know that we shorten the list with heavy hearts, and will try to celebrate with all of you at a later date.

When does the wedding end?

Answer

As of 2/16/2021, North Carolina is still under a statewide curfew; therefore, everyone must be on their way back to their accommodations by 10 PM.

Will alcohol be served?

Answer

Beer and Wine will be served unless regulations prohibit service. Bar service will end at 9PM

What kinds of accommodations are nearby?

Answer

What is the dress code?

Answer

We recommend business casual/dressy casual. Please keep in mind that the weather in May in North Carolina can be in the 70's or in the 90's.
