Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by March 2026. You will be able to RSVP online or by mail. If you have any questions please contact Kaydi (509)840-2300. Please include your full name in your text along with any questions. We cannot wait to celebrate with you!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Garden Attire: Wear sundresses, floral prints, cocktail dresses, dressy jumpsuits, slacks, khakis, collars, button up shirts. Think Classy Summer Vibes!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes, of course! Please make sure all children are included in your RSVP.

What's for dinner?

Answer

Bon Vinos will be catering for dinner! There will be pulled pork/chicken on a brioche bun. For sides there will be roasted potato wedges, mac and cheese, coleslaw, baked beans, and salad. Water, wine, and signature cocktails will be provided. Feel free to bring any other beverages that you wish.

Location of the venue?

Answer

We are so happy to be having our wedding at beautiful McKinley Springs. Please map out your arrival time before the day of the wedding as the venue can be a little bit of a longer drive for some guests. Also, please remember you have to drive back after the wedding. We love and care for each and every one of you so please drink responsibility.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Parking will be located in a field to the right of the venue once you are through the driveway. We will have parking ushers to help guide you. Even though there is a lot of parking, there are few handicapped spaces. If you are in need of special parking accommodations then please contact Kaydi. If you are accompanying an elderly guest please let the usher know and they will direct you to park behind the venue for easier access.

Can I bring a camp trailer?

Answer

Yes, you are welcome to stay in your trailer overnight. There are some electrical hook ups. Arrive a little earlier if this is your plan so you can get settled before the ceremony begins. Please be packed up and ready to go by 9 AM the day after the wedding. If this is your plan please let us know so we can prepare accordingly.
