The story of Kaydence and Manuel is like one from a movie. Kaydence and Manuel had a math class together, although Kaydence noticed Manuel, he did not notice her. Two years later, Kaydence was sitting her dad's truck in the parking lot of their high school with her best friend and her younger sister. They were listening to a song by $uicideboy$. Manny comes walking up with a friend, as the two approached, Manuel and Kaydence locked eyes. From the start of the conversation, the two felt a spark. There was not a day that went by after that first conversation that Kaydence did not, not want to talk to Manuel. She would take a longer way to class, even if that meant she just got to see him from a distance. Two weeks later was their graduation. Kaydence approached Manuel and told him that he NEEDS to go to her graduation party. Not only did he show up but, he came early to help set up. When the party ran out of food, Manny was the first person to volunteer to go get pizza for everyone. Ever since that party, they have not spent a day apart. Whether it was going to the gym, running errands together, or sitting in Kaydence Parent's driveway until 2AM talking about life and what they want for the future. On 08/04/22, they were driving to Manuel's younger sister's birthday bonfire. He looked to Kaydence and said, "You know, one day I will ask you to be my girlfriend." She replied, "I know, I am not in a rush." There was a moment of silence, he then nervously asked, "Would you want to be my girlfriend?" She, trying to keep her composure said, "Yeah, that's fine." Since then, they moved into their own apartment (twice), have adopted 2 beautiful cats, and both have started a career. 11/28/2025 the families took a trip to East Jesus; this is where Manuel proposed. As nervous as they both were the ENTIRE day, they tried to keep it a secret from the other. Now, here they are today preparing for not only their wedding but their life as a Husband and a Wife.
