We have a discounted hotel block at the Towneplace Suites in Medicine Hat from July 31, 2026 to August 3, 2026. The latest day to book in the discounted block is June 16, 2026. Please specify in the booking if you would like a pet friendly room or not. There is no shuttle available from the hotel. It is roughly a 15 minute drive to the venue.

Medicine Hat does not offer Uber, but does have Canadian Ride Share as well as cab services such as Deluxe Central Taxi and Care Cabs. Alternatively, The Coachmen is also available. It is a designated driver service that will take you and your vehicle home if you wish to drive yourself to the event.
