Is there a room block/promo code for the Flamingo?

Answer

We do not currently have a block for the hotel, but you can often find discounts just by googling Flamingo discount. Currently, discount code RSV21 is for 20% off. You might also get a better discount by joining Cesar's rewards.

Do I have to stay at the Flamingo?

Answer

No! You're welcome to stay anywhere and can probably find better deals on the strip. Since the wedding is mid-November, walking 10 or 20 mins to get to us should be easy.

Should I bring the kids?

Answer

No, this is Vegas. Unless otherwise instructed, leave the kids at home so you can boogie with us.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

This is a more casual event than your average wedding. We love to see you dressed up but please wear what's comfortable!

Is there assigned seating?

Answer

Aside from a few reserved spots for our less-dancy family members, this will be open seating and for some people, standing. We'd rather see you out on the dance floor than sitting!

Are you serving a full meal?

Answer

This event is more of a glorified cocktail party than a sit down meal. There will be a (Jimmy) buffet of delicious finger foods like sliders and egg rolls, as well as some salads and desserts. There should be enough fuel to get you on the dance floor, but as the event is fairly early, feel free to make late night dinner plans.

Will there be a full bar?

We will have hosted beer, wine and of course margaritas! You will be able to purchase cocktails.

Where are the events being held?

Answer

The ceremony will be in the courtyard of the Flamingo Hotel, while Margaritaville is just outside the casino on the strip, about a 5-8 min walk from the courtyard. The reception will be upstairs from the restaurant on the Clipper Level. There are stairs as well as elevator access. Please see the map in the photos section of this website.

Should I bring a gift from the registry?

Answer

If you are so kind and generous to buy us a gift from the registry, please ship it to us at our house 806 S Park Hyde St Orange CA 92868. Since we are flying, we won't be able to bring a lot back with us. However, cash or check donations to the honeymoon fund will fit nicely in our carry-on.
