Torrey Pines State Reserve
Amazing San Diego ocean views and scenery. Easy hikes and trails on the cliffs with accessible roads and parking.
San Diego Zoo
One of the largest and most famous Zoos in the world! So many cute baby animals too. Situated in Balboa Park which also has great walking routes and cute shops.
USS Midway Museum
San Diego is a very well known for its history with the US Navy. The USS Midway is a fantastic museum and well preserved Navy carrier. For those who were curious to see what Kay does on her Navy ship there is a great Dental clinic portion of the museum ;) Admissions are even free for active duty or veterans.
La Jolla Cove
La Jolla is full of beaches and small shops and places to eat through out this town by the water. La Jolla shores is great for casual beach going, tanning and bonfires. Windandsea has plenty of tide pools and the waves are great for surfing or body boarding. Check out La Jolla cove to see some of our local seals!
Little Italy
Located at the waterfront in down town San Diego. Full of great restaurants and bars. Nightlife is just as fun. For ice cream, I recommend Salt and Straw!
