What time should we arrive for the wedding?

Please arrive at 4pm! The wedding will be starting promptly after.

Unfortunately this will be a kid free wedding. Enjoy your night out and come celebrate with us!

Is this a phone free wedding?
Answer
We ask during the ceremony that you refrain from taking any photos or videos. But after the ceremony feel free to take as many pics and vids as you like! Just make sure to send us the pics/vids afterwards!

How far away is the venue (Chambers Bay) from the listed hotels?
Answer
The venue (Chambers Bay) is about 25-30 minutes away from the Tacoma Silver Cloud Inn. It is about 20-25 minutes away from The Inn at Gig Harbor.

What is the attire for the rehearsal dinner?
Answer
For those who will be attending the the rehearsal dinner, the attire is cocktail/casual. Ladies can wear below-the-knee dresses, slip dresses, a dressy skirt and top, or a pantsuit. Men can wear dress shirts and slacks, button ups, or polos, casual pants and/or shorts.

Will there be parking at the venue?
Answer
Yes! plenty of parking and a shuttle to help out if you have to park at one of the lots farther away from the ceremony. Also we recommend Ubers/Carpool if you plan to drink and celebrate with us!

What is formal cocktail?
Answer
We made it up but the graphic should help! We are thinking "wedding fancy" ex: midi/long dresses or jumpsuits/pantsuits for woman and suit/jacket with tie optional for men. No jeans, hats or flips flops please :) We are looking forward to dressing up with all our family and friends!
