Downtown Bozeman- there are lots of great local restaurants, breweries and local shops to check out! (Kaya cooked and baked for 3 years at Plonk! a wine bar downtown). Museum of the Rockies- check out the amazing dinosaur exhibit or the Planetarium. Spire Climbing- in the mood to try climbing? The Gallagator Trail System- Bozeman's crown jewel is it's Main Street to the Mountains trail system, start at the library and go to the top of Pete's hill for a great view (1 mile) or take your bike and ride out the hospital trails out to the top of Triple Tree (16 miles). Triple Tree Trail- 10 minutes away, easy, 1-5 miles, a great in town trail. Dogs must be on leash! Sourdough Trail- 15 minutes away, easy-difficult, 1-10 miles, Sourdough is a wide, family and dog friendly trail that winds gently up Sourdough Canyon, go for 10 minutes or go all of the way up to Mystic Lake (20 miles round trip).

Our favorite hikes we encourage you to check out are- Drinking Horse- 10 minutes away, easy-intermediate, 2.5 miles round trip, a Bozeman classic! Sypes Canyon- 20 minutes away, intermediate, 3 miles to views, connects to longer runs and trails North Cottonwood- 35 minutes away, intermediate-difficult, 5 mile loop Sacagawea/Fairy Lake- (weather dependent, mid size SUV clearance road) 1 hr away, easy-difficult, 300 feet to Fairy Lake and 1.5 STEEP miles to the top of Sacagawea Peak and the top of the Bridger Ridge.

We encourage you to check out- Hyalite Reservoir- 30 minutes away, paddle boarding, kayaking or canoeing, (weather dependent) Emerald Lake- 45 minutes away, intermediate-difficult, 9 miles roundtrip, tucked away up the East Fork Trailhead the trail climbs up to Emerald Lake and beautiful views.

Cottonwood Canyon (1-20 miles), Bridger Bowl (varying miles) Climb: Bear Canyon (15 minutes away, sport), Practice Rock (20 minutes away, trad), Allenspur (40 minutes away, sport).
Paradise Valley is on the indigenous land of the Crow and Cheyenne. In the mood for a drive? Put on your favorite road tunes, grab some snacks from the Co-op and head over the Bozeman Pass to Livingston and drive through Paradise Valley, all of the way to the North entrance of YNP in Gardiner. Or take a soak at Chico Hot Springs and relax, you deserve it!
