Travel from the Airport
For anyone flying into the Pittsburgh International Airport, the airport is approximately an hour away from the venue. Plan car rentals or other transportation accordingly. The shortest route includes traveling through downtown Pittsburgh and through two tunnels, so plan additional time if you'd prefer to circumvent the city.

Elite Coach - Shuttle Transportation

Elite Coach Transportation Inc. will be providing a shuttle to and from Wingate by Wyndham to The Barn at Madison on June 21st, 2025 for the following time intervals: 1:00 P.M. - 3:00 P.M. 7:30 P.M. - 10:30 P.M. Number of Passengers the shuttle can fit per ride: 27 people NOTE: If Elite Coach needs to perform cleanup services (vomit or excessive garbage left on the vehicle) then a minimum fee of $500 is charged - whoever spews it, will pay it! Additional Information: - No smoking or vape of any sort is permitted in any commercial vehicle. - No Alcoholic beverages will be supplied or permitted in vehicles with passengers under the age of 21. - Passengers are not permitted to open any emergency hatch or window exit without reason of an emergency, and damaged caused by unlatching a window or emergency hatch without an emergency. Customer will be liable for the cost of repair and loss of revenue until vehicle is safe to be utilized again. - Elite is not responsible for any articles left in any vehicles during or after the contracted time. - Drivers have the right to ask any passenger to exit the vehicle due to intolerable behavior toward the driver or other passengers in the vehicle. No refunds will be provided for removal of passengers for this reason.
