Once you have RSVP'd here on our website, head to hawkesdene.com/guest-payments, select “Emily & Harry” in the “name of couple or group" drop-down. Pay a one-time flat fee PER BEDROOM of $850 (for three nights), $700 (for two nights), or $350 (for one night). Your payment will confirm your reservation and cover the entirety of your stay, including luxury private accommodations for the weekend (with kitchenettes and laundry machines), meals beginning the evening you arrive through the morning you leave, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, and access to a 24/7 snack bar. All meals are included with your room from the evening you arrive until the morning you leave, excluding, of course, the wedding meals (provided by Adam and Beth Katz) and the rehearsal dinner (provided by Harry and Aimee Cardillo). There are individual cottages of various sizes throughout the property. Upon your reservation, you and your party will be assigned to a special cottage chosen specifically for you based on party size, family & friend groups. Lodging assignment will be provided upon your arrival by the staff at Hawkesdene.
It is not often we get to bring the most important people from all aspects of our lives together onto one property for an extended celebration. We're thinking of this as a winter vacation, a reunion, and a wedding all rolled into one.
There are individual cottages of various sizes throughout the property. Upon your reservation, you and your party will be assigned to a special cottage chosen specifically for you based on group size and friend/family groups. The Hawkesdene staff will give your lodging assignment upon arrival at the Main House. We’ve spent many hours thoughtfully arranging family and friend groups together. Rest assured you will know the people you’ve been assigned with.
Your meals will include farm-to-table breakfast, lunch, dinner, and unlimited snacks. Each accommodation also has a fully functioning kitchen and fridge. All meals are included wuth your room from the evening you arrive until the morning you leave, excluding, of course, the wedding meals (provided by Adam and Beth Katz) and the rehearsal dinner (provided by Harry and Aimee Cardillo). Please let us know if you have any other dietary restrictions or allergies and we can pass that along to the estate's kitchen, who are more than happy to accommodate!
Thursday, December 19, 2024 - Casual Attire Friday, December 20, 2024 - Casual Attire Assuming the weather is good, we will be doing a half-mile hike to the top of the mountain on Friday afternoon so make sure to bring appropriate shoes if you plan on participating Anyone staying on the property will be invited to the rehearsal dinner on Friday night. This will be a casual event as well. I will most likely be in jeans and a sweater or a warm dress. Harry will most likely be in jeans and a button-down or collared shirt Saturday, December 21, 2024 - Semi-Formal Women-Long or short dresses would be appropriate. Keep in mind it will be winter in the mountains so a long dress might be more comfortable, but wear whichever you are most comfortable in. Men-Suit or tuxedo **REMINDER** We are in the mountains so please make sure to have comfortable shoes available. There are gravel roads around the property.
We can make accomodations for most food allergies. Please let Harry or Emily know ASAP what food allergies you have and we will work with the chef to prepare options for you.
