Both! The ceremony will be outside and the reception will be inside. There will be an outside area with food and drink stations.

It's casual attire. For Men: Dress slacks, sports jacket/blazer, open-collar shirt, or collared shirt For Women: Dresses, skirts and blouses, or a dressy pants outfit
