It was definitely unexpected and pretty much instantly life-changing for both of us...a lightning strike, like The Godfather reference. We were singing together for the first time, both away from our homes, neither planning to find their "person." But after only a couple of conversations followed by a couple of months of being hundreds if not thousands of miles apart, we both knew we had to find a way to be together. And we did!
