Question

Do we need to wear a mask?

Answer

Mask are not mandatory since we will be outside. We will provide masks for guests that do not feel comfortable not wearing one. We also be providing hand sanitizing stations.

Your wedding is outdoors?

Answer

Yes it is! The ceremony will be held outdoors. The cocktail hour will be held on the grass in front of the tent where the reception will be held. The reception will be held in an indoor tent with heat (if needed) and flooring.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the venue if we are staying at the hotel?

Answer

Yes! We will provide you information with the times of the shuttle bus when we are able to find out :)

Question

Will Rambo and Stella be attending?

Answer

Unfortunately no.. We had planned to have our doggos join us on our special day but the venue does not allow us to have them there during the reception.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Please let me know ASAP if you have any allergies we can help work around on making sure you have an enjoyable dinner.

Is there a gluten free or vegan option for dinner?

Answer

Our dinner menu is all gluten free! If you prefer a Vegan dish please let me know and we can have a special dish requested.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! there is parking available at the venue. If you will be driving please do not drink and drive. Uber and Lyft is highly recommended!

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by May 10th on our website under the RSVP column. If you have any issues please reach out to me and Rocky and we will get it figured out for you
